Time Stop (v1.1) by Danger Ross & excesses

Allows a player on Team 1 to temporarily stop time.

To configure the duration of timestop, navigate to the map editor and follow this filepath:
Subscribed Scripts > Timestop.sfde
and change "Timestop_Duration" to the total duration in milliseconds (aka seconds x 1000).

When you gonna install the script....just go to the game and turn the script "on"...then you have to select the blue team (team 1) and play....but if you didnt select the blue team the script will not work
