There seems to be a problem with uploading big images (ones that need to be zoomed into) to the website. If you want to have a 100% success rate with uploading images make sure they're small enough and can be viewed without zooming. I capture big images with Gyazo and then upload that as the image instead of the original, but I'm sure there are better ways to do it.
